1. Service Scope
SMORWAY facilitates transport-related enquiries, booking requests, corporate onboarding, and support interactions. A request submitted on the website is treated as a service enquiry or booking request and becomes final only after confirmation by SMORWAY.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Trip availability depends on vehicle availability, serviceability, and operational approval.
- Booking details shared by the customer must be complete and accurate, including dates, pickup location, drop location, and contact details.
- Any fare, billing, or operational commitment is subject to final confirmation by SMORWAY.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide correct passenger, business, GST, phone, and email details.
- You are responsible for ensuring that pickup and drop information is accurate and reachable.
- Customers must comply with applicable local laws, traffic rules, and safety directions during service usage.
4. Trip Timing, Waiting, and Delays
- Reporting, waiting, and schedule changes may affect charges or operational feasibility.
- Airport, railway, hotel, and event pickups are subject to reasonable waiting periods and practical access conditions.
- Traffic, weather, diversions, public restrictions, or force majeure events can impact the trip timeline.
5. Route, Toll, Parking, and Additional Charges
- Toll, parking, state tax, airport entry, and other route-related charges may be charged separately unless expressly included in writing.
- If the customer requests route deviations, extra waiting, or additional stops, billing may change accordingly.
- Distance and route estimations shown on the website are indicative and may differ from the final operational route.
6. Corporate Onboarding
- Corporate onboarding information must be submitted by an authorised representative of the business.
- Where GST verification is used, the submitted GSTIN may be checked through a third-party validation service.
- Email OTP verification may be required before onboarding is accepted.
- SMORWAY may request further documents or reject onboarding submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.
7. Payments and Commercial Terms
Commercial terms, invoicing terms, credit approval, and billing cycles for corporate accounts are subject to separate approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service delivery does not create an automatic credit facility.
8. Cancellation and Modification
- Bookings or onboarding submissions may be modified or cancelled only subject to operational and commercial acceptance.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or major schedule changes may attract applicable charges.
- SMORWAY may cancel or refuse a booking where customer information is incorrect, unsafe, unlawful, or operationally unserviceable.
9. Communication
By submitting forms on the website, you permit SMORWAY to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email, or other appropriate business communication channels in relation to your enquiry, onboarding, booking, or service support.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMORWAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from delays, route changes, government restrictions, third-party system failure, inaccurate user-provided information, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property and Website Use
The SMORWAY name, branding, website interface, graphics, and content are the property of SMORWAY or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or misuse the website or its materials except for normal personal or internal business use.
